WHAT WE DO
Training Program
​​Through a structured multi-week training program, members are exposed to key concepts such as CRE terminology, valuation metrics, capital stack structuring, pro forma analysis, and discounted cash flow modeling.
Real-World Experience
Accepted analysts gain hands-on experience by working directly with firms, sourcing investment opportunities, underwriting potential acquisitions, supporting active developments, advising on leasing strategies, and contributing to asset management initiatives.
